I started eating all organic earlier this year, after watching the movie, “Food, Inc.”  After the rather shocking information in that movie, I started watching other food documentaries; “The Future of Food,” “Food Matters,” “The Gerson Miracle,” “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead,” “Deconstructing Supper,” “King Corn,” and several others, including a movie on our “mysterious” dying honeybee populations.  Watching these documentaries, and absorbing the information within them, only furthered my resolve to eat all organic.  I made a complete lifestyle change, literally, within hours. I am happy to report that within my first week of eating only and all organic, my low-grade headaches simply disappeared.  My skin became clearer.  My thinking got sharper.  My balance improved.  And three months later, most of my “normal” bodily aches and pains have subsided by about 70%.   The arthritis that I thought I was getting in my knees (for the last 4 years) actually seems to be reversing - something I didn’t think was even possible.  All this time, I’d thought I was just “getting old.”   You see, I didn’t fully realize that the food I was consuming was actually contributing to what I can only call my premature aging.  I didn’t realize that the food I was eating, was actually making me sick.  Interestingly enough, I thought I was eating “healthfully,” before - !?!  But, I still had the occasional boxed “food” - and the occasional (not often!) fast-food drive thru meal. I didn’t fully understand what I was consuming - much less that I was consuming GMO’s - Genetically Modified Organisms - in every processed food that I’d been eating since 1996 - largely because there were , and still are no labels to tell me what was IN these “foods”… Imagine my surprise, when I took myself off all preservatives (which included any and all GMO’s), and discovered that my bodily aches and pains were actually NOT a result of my own, “normal aging” - but more than likely that of poor nutrition, compounded by consuming fruits and vegetables overly-treated with frequent and regular pesticides - ?!? Going organic is the only major thing that I’ve changed in my lifestyle, to account for my newly increased health and vitality.  I took myself off all red meat (unless it’s grass-fed).  I don’t eat chickens unless they are free-range, and never given GMO feed.   I eat only eggs from humanely treated chickens, free range, and non-GMO fed.  I buy only supplements that have the “Non-GMO Project” labeled, clearly.  I rarely drink alcohol. And, for the first time in several years, I finally feel good - so “normal,” again - that I will never go back to eating anything non-organic again.  Ever.  I feel like I’ve reversed my body’s biological clock by ten years. My own personal food-journey experience, along with absorbing information from a plethora of food documentaries and many other sources, has given me this epiphany… Big 6, you are making our population sick with your products - and with the by-products your industries are creating, to produce these products.   You are damaging our environment.  You are polluting our air, our water, our animals and our land.  Your industries are creating and contributing to toxic greenhouse gases.   Your pesticides are killing our soil, turning out deficient plants, devoid of nutrients.  Your GMO foods are as toxic to humans, as the pollution your industries create to our ecosystem and to our Earth.   GMO foods have absolutely NO benefits to humans - other than lining your pockets - both at the expense of the health of our population and the health of our planet.   Your “safety tests” are virtually non-existent on humans.  Every independently funded scientific study of GMO’s consumed by lab mice (and other mammals) have resulted in damage to every system and every organ of their bodies, within ten days.   And, Yes.  We know about your “revolving door” with the department heads of our government, and all the millions of dollars you have spent on your lobbyists, to keep your Genetically Engineered (GE) foods from being labeled.  You have created “the fox guarding the hen house,” and all for profits.  You have misconstrued, falsified, and even deleted valuable safety information in your “voluntary testing” of GMO products to the FDA, which prove that your GMO products (I won’t even call them food, as they are actually classified as a pesticide!) are unsafe, toxic, and unfit for human consumption. (Institute for Responsible Technology, Jeffrey M. Smith, author of the books, “Seeds of Deception,” and “Genetic Roulette.”) You have a history of lying to the government and our people on this planet, about the safety of your products.   Your GMO products, and your pesticides are the major contributing cause of Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) of our bees.  You are making us sick, and you are killing us.  All of us.  And all for your own profit.   But I ask you - where will all of those profits leave you, in the end - ?        When our population has been properly culled by your toxic crops and your pesticides… When the super bugs and the super weeds (that your GMO crops have created) continue to build resistance to your pesticide crops, and they come and wipe out your huge monocultures of corn, soy, cotton and canola - ?  Where will that leave you, or any of us for that matter, when there is no other biodiversity left, due directly to your GMO contamination and DNA pollution to our planet - ??  Our planet, which would otherwise sustain normal vegetation - but can’t, in our soil now left dead from your monocultures and your pesticide overuse…?   …When our waters and our lands are so polluted with chemical toxins, which your companies created by illegal dumping (Monsanto - Aniston, Alabama; Vietnam; etc.)…?  Even your huge mega-billion-dollar profits (made at our expense) won’t be able to buy you or any survivor, a brand new, virgin-clean Earth to start all over, again.  This is it, folks ~ ! What you are doing (and have been doing, for decades) is irresponsible to our limited and fragile ecosystem.  And, it isn’t sustainable.   I, for one, will be growing my own organic food garden in my back yard, this year. I will be shopping at organic Farmer’s Markets.  I will can my own organic produce.  I will continue to shop at organic stores.  I am taking charge of my own health, because you have helped to create a corrupt FDA, that tells me that your products are safe, when in fact, they are anything but.  Your products are dangerous. And I am not alone in my assessments.  There is too much information against you and your bullying tactics, and a vastly growing trend in our “99%” masses that agree with these sentiments. I, for one, will not be funding your companies, your pesticides, your drugs, or your greed-driven insanity.   I believe that organic farming is the ONLY way to feed the world, effectively, nutritionally, and sustainably.   But I’ve figured out by now that that never was, and never has been your motive.  Your claim of the need to “feed the world,” I believe, is just another red herring.  With all the information out there - including secret documents from your company exhumed in a lawsuit - it seems quite clear to me that your motive is to thin our population - and/or to keep us sick…                              Because sick people have to pay the drug companies.  Dead people don’t pay - and neither do healthy people…   The real money lies in keeping the majority of the population sick - and still purchasing and consuming the very products (unknowingly, without labels, so that your companies can conveniently try to skirt accountability) that are making us consumers ill in the first place. I, for one, am stepping off the gerbil wheel that you’ve discretely tried to place before us all.  And, I will continue to encourage others to do the same.    I give you a two-thumbs down, “No Confidence” vote.  You have unerringly proven time and time again, that you will lie, cheat, bully, and sell your soul for a profit - regardless of the long-term effects your products are having - and will continue to have on our population, our children, our ecosystem, our animals, our environment, and our planet. I have been dedicating all my energy to stopping the Big 6 chemical manufacturing companies - Monsanto, Dow, BASF, Bayer, Syngenta, and DuPont - from poisoning our communities and the environment for 3 years now. Sometimes I feel my efforts are in vain but i have the strength to pursue this till I’m dead and these corporations are part of bad history. I do not wish this legacy to be left for my grandson, that he may say what was wrong with these people and why wasn’t it stopped. you are ruining our food, water and environment while making all of the worlds people very sick. You will never feed the world by using your unethical policies, only make sick people take drugs that are also making the people sicker. The Big 6, the FDA, and the USDA transfer employees from one position to the next that you may get bills passed and present false information. i myself experienced health problems (cyst in throat). opted not for surgery. But when i changed my diet to organic foods and meats the cyst “miraculously disappeared”. No drugs! No surgery! Let food be your healer. Only you are ruining our food supply! Often wondered what is in your refrigerators? Not what you are trying to force feed us I’m sure!! Do not know how you sleep at night!! But GREED has overtaken your minds. Would like for your CEO’s to spend a hands on growing season on one of the farms that use your products. That would change your mind!!

For years and years now no Western Doctor or Western Healthcare facility could create a diagnosis for my ailments;(partly because no Health Care coverage exists that would look into it in a remedial way, what with all the control of the Pharmaceutical companies over our choice in Health Coverage, I found these are the same Companies holding stock doing business in BioTech) could be, they might tell me, maybe; chronic fatigue, constipation, sweating, stomach aches, etc. we don’t know what is wrong with you.                                                                                  Why do I eat well and get proper sleep and still feel horrible day to day..? this is not what daily life is supposed to feel like! So I took my health into my own hands and started to eliminate preservatives and foods that were grown with pesticides and genetic engineered ingredients. Since I have started to eat as purely as I possibly can, (and doing research into farms who are honest, really growing organically) I feel much better. I want to join the class action suit in violation of Humans Rights and Invasion of Personal Privacy through consumer marketing and manufacturing from the Big 6. I will stand to help and ask these Corporations to transition to a more Environmentally Sustainable and Responsible Business Operation.. They can not continue to get away with the illegal action of White Collar Crime by not making it Policy in the FDA, USDA and covertly controlling policies of the FarmBill to make profit. This is unfair Business Practice. These ingredients and their health ramifications should be labeled and told to consumers. It is time to see these Companies charged and fined the Billions of dollars in Environmental fees according to EIR and Statements on record with NEPA, EPA Agencies, Union of Concerned Scientists and Institute for Responsible Technology. We don’t have to be a mathematical genius, or a physics major to realize that our source of all things is the earth. And if you were to go out into nature and stay there for a few hours, a few days, you would see and experience the most amazing system imaginable at work. Hundreds and hundreds of echo systems working in perfect harmony together! Amazing! Their is this purely intelligent system completely sustaining itself in a fashion we couldn’t dream of duplicating - and it’s doing it all for us!!! Look, you’ll see. If we don’t strive to work in harmony with nature and her laws, she will have to rebalance herself. She’s going to have to rebalance herself  any way, we’ve already gone too far, but we don’t have to keep living completely out of integrity with this great gift of life and earth we’ve been given, and make ourselves completely extinct. we are spanish family I now we dont look like ah? monsanto I dont see the big 6 too ,I dont now how look like and hope never now,nothing happen yet to my family but Im worry about big 6 ,I love my family and I want the best for them like you to yours ,please no more big 6

Hey Big Six, I am a clinical social worker and mother of two.  I have suffered from a sensitivity to pesticides for over 17 years now.  I developed a neurological condition at the age of 30, as an outreach social worker in the city of Philadelphia.  I was exposed to disinfectant sprays and heavy pesticide use in inner-city homes, and to this day I suffer nerve pain in my eyes and extremities whenever I am exposed to Lysol or any other brand of spray disinfectants, and pesticides.  I avoid exposure to pesticides everywhere I go, and I seek to educate the public about safe, available alternatives to all pesticides.  I consider myself lucky,  I know what makes me ill!  I pity all the poor cancer victims who will never know how to tie their toxic exposures to thier sometimes-fatal illnesses.  I refuse to donate a penny to cancer- cure research.  The data is already out and has been our for years: the toxic products on shelves in every major store are found in our breast tissue, in our fetuses developing in the womb, in the breast milk of Innuit women thousands of miles away from all the farm spraying.  It is time you BIG 6 take responsibiity to market and sell products which have been tested and found to pose no hazards to human health.  YOU are responsible for the illness and death of so many of our children and beloved family members.  How can you continue to ignore the scientific data???? How can you continue to profit from products which kill your fellow citizens????

But even the smallest amound is affecting our bees. In Holland your pesticides are sold allmost everywhere. Customers buy it and they use it thinking it´s safe because you failed to tell them what they just used in their gardens. Therefore: Holland turns out to be one of the countries where beecolonies dy in an scary tempo. (about 26 percent each year) How about that?! I can feed my children safe food. I can tell them about your deadly chemicals. (and they ARE KILLERS, you know better then I.   But: I can not protect our bees. Me, my wife and my children: We do want our food system back!

Three years ago I spent two weeks camping in Virginia while visiting Washington, DC. The campground had sprayed the camp site with Roundup a week to ten days before I arrived. After the first night of camping and sleeping on the ground in my tent, I had an asthma attack the next day. It was the same the following day with the asthma symptoms worse in the morning. The third night I slept in my car and my symptoms disappeared. After a few nights in the car, I returned to the tent and the asthma was back the next day. I then abandoned the tent and spent the rest of my stay sleeping in the car. When I checked out, I spoke to the camp manager, who told me about the spraying.  I told him about my reactions, and he said that Roundup breaks down very quickly and that I shouldn’t have had a problem. I replied that maybe I was reacting to break-down products from the herbicide. I also mentioned that there were studies that indicated that Roundup was not harmless and it might contribute to the development of cancer. His reply was, “There’s always some study out there that is suppose to prove that just about anything can cause cancer.” So much for science.
